Core System Consultant is a multidisciplinary team of highly trained and experienced professionals having engineers, MBAs, BS, Lead Auditors and industry experts as advisors on health and safety, corporate laws and labour laws on its panel.

Syed Arshad Hashmi | Founder, Director and Principal Consultant

Arshad is a seasoned Consultant, Trainer, and Auditor with over 29 years of proven expertise in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Information Security, Business Continuity, and Enterprise Risk Management. He has successfully consulted on more than 150 projects across diverse industrial sectors, helping organizations strengthen governance, compliance, and operational resilience. With over 3,000 mandays of training and auditing, he has built a strong reputation for developing people and systems that drive sustainable results.

An engineer by profession, Arshad also holds globally recognized credentials as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA. His extensive auditing and consulting experience spans North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, where he has supported organizations of all sizes in achieving international certification and operational excellence.

As an Exemplar Global and IRCA-approved trainer and an approved trainer / auditor for Bureau Veritas, DNV, BSI, LRQA and DQS, Arshad has conducted certified courses on multiple ISO standards, equipping professionals with the skills to lead effective management systems. His depth of knowledge, global perspective, and ability to integrate risk, quality, and safety principles make him a trusted advisor to organizations seeking lasting impact and compliance assurance.

He has conducted more than 200 ISO audits worldwide, covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO 27001, while supporting organizations across diverse industries in North America and beyond. His expertise spans environmental management, occupational health and safety, quality systems, and energy management, making him a trusted partner for organizations seeking compliance, improvement, and sustainable performance.

Ted’s career is distinguished not only by his consulting and auditing work, but also by his ability to lead impactful change within organizations. At Nikkiso Cryo, where he served as Director of Quality and EHS, he spearheaded the implementation of an Integrated Management System that delivered over $3.2 million in cost savings and achieved zero OSHA reportable injuries over three years. His leadership in safety and quality programs has consistently delivered measurable results, from reducing workplace injuries by 40% at the Otay Water District to executing over 20 safety and environmental compliance audits for Coca-Cola’s global operations.

Dr. Ziad Iskandarani | Senior Consultant, Trainer and Auditor

Dr. Ziad Iskandarani is a highly accomplished ISO consultant, auditor, and tutor with over four decades of experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems. He holds Ph.D. and master’s degrees in analytical chemistry and polymer science, and has an extensive track record across leading global organizations, including Dow Chemical, SABIC, and Bureau Veritas. Dr. Iskandarani specializes in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, serving as a certified lead auditor and tutor, as well as an approved auditor for SEDEX and iCompliance programs.

Throughout his career, Dr. Iskandarani has led large-scale certification and compliance initiatives, implementing total quality management systems, conducting audits, training hundreds of professionals, and advising multinational corporations on continuous improvement strategies. At SABIC, he pioneered executive dashboards, internal audit programs, and environmental monitoring systems, while at Bureau Veritas he managed certification operations, client engagements, and auditor performance across multiple industrial sectors.
